Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a time-honoured therapy for the treatment of muscular tension and spasm, soft-tissue injuries, headaches, nervous tension, chronic pain and stress.  Massage improves local tissue circulation and waste removal, as well as inducing whole-body rest and relaxation.  For some it is an integral part of their stress management regime.  Others receive regular massage to treat chronic pain from past injuries or from repetitive strain in the workplace.

Our registered massage therapists, Graham Robertson and Meaghan Mounce, consider each client’s individual concern and tailor treatments to suit their particular needs and therapeutic goals.

If you suffer from any of the following concerns, massage therapy may be of benefit.

  • Tension Headaches
  • Sports Injuries
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Stress
  • Anxiety or Depression
  • Chronic back pain
  • Pregnancy-related aches and pains
  • Sciatica
  • And many more
